Edward J. Marshall is a Research Funding Specialist at the University of Edinburgh Research Office. In this role he supports researchers applying for funding. Checking funding applications meet funder requirements, and that they are costed in line with the University of Edinburgh’s policies. Arranging due diligence on funders or partners. Processing awards and setting up research contracts for collaborations. He works for the UK Research Funding Team and supports the School of Biological Sciences, Business School, Languages, Literatures, and Cultures, and the School of GeoSciences.
Singing
Edward is a choral singer — this has been an integral part of his research informing his research questions and interests. Edward has sung with the University of Glasgow Chapel Choir since 2014.
Edward co-leads the Glasgow-based early music ensemble, iuchair.
